Edible Review: Kiva Camino Gummies

Posted by Aaron Stimson on

Hey there Pottery crew, we're back to talk about another one of our products. This time we'll be talking about the Kiva brand's Camino line of edible gummies and all the various flavors that we carry at this time. Kiva is one of the most popular names in the edible range right now, making some of the best chocolates, gummies, & mints.

These are by far our best selling edibles and with great reason all of their flavors are amazing & your taste buds will really thankyou. The flavors we currently carry is a pretty nice variety of flavors we have Sparkling Pear, Pineapple Habanero, Wild Berry, Blenheim Apricot, my favorite Watermelon Lemonade, & last but not least their new Blood Orange halloween flavor! Now that we are finished talking about their awesome flavors let's talk about the effects when you smoke marijuana, THC gets sucked into your bloodstream via the alveoli in the lungs. But THC is an oil-soluble compound, meaning it doesn’t break down well in blood, which is mostly water. So within seconds, it looks to bind with the endocannabinoid receptors in the body, never really having a chance to be metabolized by the gastrointestinal tract. But when you ingest cannabis, your saliva immediately starts to break down that THC. Now it's bound to a glucuronide compound, which makes THC more water-soluble. It could diffuse much, much easier across your blood-brain barrier. Now it can actually go faster into your brain and faster all the way throughout your body. Even if it takes 60-90 minutes to get high that's why the high is so intense and lasts so much longer.

I hope ya'll learned a bit about edibles today, and got a little knowledge of the science of what it does inside your body. Kiva is an amazing company that makes quality products and i'd def recommend checking them out if you were looking for an edible. Check back weekly for new posts.
